Role Overview: The Digital Advertising Relationship Manager is a key member of the Home Depot Management Company, LLC team, responsible for managing relationships with self-service advertisers in our Retail Media+ platform ecosystem. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to provide training and ongoing strategic advice to suppliers. In addition to managing supplier relationships, this position will collaborate with the Platform Solutions and Ad Ops teams to optimize our platforms for ease of onboarding and provide exceptional customer service experiences. Responsibilities: • Actively contribute to team meetings and collaborate with various stakeholders on shared goals. • Manage supplier relationships in the Retail Media+ platform, including onboarding suppliers, identifying strategic opportunities, making recommendations to suppliers, and resolving issues.
