As a Digital Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and optimizing paid search campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads for multiple clients. Develop, deploy, and optimize paid search, display, video and paid social media campaigns in support of client marketing goals including: • Identifying the best digital channels and targeting techniques to reach a target audience • Budget allocation and management • Keyword research, selection, testing, and optimization • Ad copy creation, testing, and optimization • Implementing ad platform conversion tags via Google Tag Manager • Testing of landing pages and recommending improvements • Analyzing, optimizing, and managing existing channels as well as developing/testing new channels for future growth • Reporting and analysis of campaign performance for internal and client use • Responding to day-to-day client requests and questions Things You Have: • 3+ years full-time paid search and paid social campaign management experience • Ability to seek out and implement the latest digital advertising tactics • Extensive experience using Google Ads (certification preferred) and Meta Ads Manager • Other paid social media campaign management experience (primarily LinkedIn, TikTok and Snapchat are a plus!) • Experience using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics • Experience in client campaign strategy creation, communication, management, and proactive account performance troubleshooting • Experience designing digital campaigns within the scope of a client’s overall marketing plan, goals, and budget • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and as a member of a client team • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage priorities • Positive attitude, driven, and an energetic team player
