The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the technical execution of online marketing campaigns including Search Engine Marketing, Display, Social and Video Advertising services. This is a great opportunity to collaborate with multiple teams including brand marketing, digital and sales to truly drive the strategy for multi-channel programs. This full-time position reports to the Digital Advertising Supervisor and can be remote. Essential Functions: • Manage accounts through the life-cycle starting with onboarding to regular day to day account management • Respond to customer requests and communications in a timely manner, based on SLAs set by the company • Maintain a customer retention rate that is deemed acceptable by the company • Act as a true consultant by understanding the clients core goals • Plan advertising strategy on a monthly and quarterly basis with clients • Execute and present results of key initiatives • Identify opportunities to enhance a client's advertising portfolio • Ensure that accounts meet client defined budget and metric goals • Optimize accounts on a regular basis based on best practices outlined by the company • Deploy A/B testing and CRO tactics to improve account performance Required Skills/Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • Excellent attention to detail, especially with communication (written and verbal) and meeting deadlines • Knowledge of Google Analytics or other bid optimization tools • Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook • Prior Customer Service Experience • Experience managing a digital campaign
