We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Digital Advertising Specialist at our corporate facility located in Glen Allen, VA to support the efforts of the retail Digital Marketing and Sales teams across our brand portfolio. This role will manage and execute lower-funnel digital advertising campaigns aimed at driving conversion across our brand and product portfolio, working closely with the Digital Marketing Analyst to track campaign performance and optimize execution. Responsibilities Of The Position Include • Manage pay-per-click digital advertising campaigns on digital ad networks, primarily Google Ads with support for Criteo, Meta, and other platforms. • Experience using Google Analytics (GA4) for eCommerce websites, Google Search Console, and tracking technologies such as Google Tag Manager, Meta pixel and UTM tags. • Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
