We are looking for a creative, analytical, and experienced Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team! You will allocate and track spending against advertising budgets, research trending keywords, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform updates and improvements, and test new video campaign formats across platforms. Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing will be a key part of your role, as well as coordinating with the Creative Team to ensure that all advertising materials align with The Republic of Tea's brand guidelines and campaign objectives. , • Collaborate with the DTC and Commerce Teams to align strategies and optimize the impact of promotions and advertisements. , • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Digital Advertising Specialist or similar role.
