Duties and Responsibilities: • Lead a customer outreach process that includes phone calls, emails, and video conferencing meetings with the goal of building and managing external customer relationships through the onboarding process. • Work with existing customers to build brand awareness and increase their usage and advertising spend on the platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B digital advertising or technology environment. Strong results orientation is also required along with exceptional client relationship management skills. Excellent time management project organizational skills as well as strong written verbal presentation abilities are necessary for success in this role.
