Key Responsibilities Developing and executing high-performing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms Monitoring performance and making data-driven optimizations to improve ROI Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with campaign and study objectives Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Proven experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns, particularly on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and identify patterns Experience in middle-of-funnel optimization, including landing pages and conversion flows Proactive ownership and ability to identify opportunities without waiting for direction Experience in healthcare, clinical trials, or regulated industries is a plus
