Digital Advertising Specialist

Preference is given to candidates based in DC, Atlanta or Denver. The Digital Advertising Specialist, under the oversight of a Campaigns Manager, will analyze social media trends and data, support the design, implementation and maintenance of advertising campaigns designed to reach target audiences and develop cross-platform pathways to connect those individuals with skilled mental and behavioral health providers. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.Familiarity with a variety of social media platforms and social media analytic tools.Solid understanding of digital advertising principles and platforms.Practical experience using Google Ads and Google Analytics to build, monitor and optimise digital advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, performance tracking and data-driven reporting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Demonstrable ability to work under pressure, taking action and getting things done, both in managing your own workload and that of others.Inquisitiveness and adaptability, particularly in relation to new technology and the use of social media for research.Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.Commitment to Moonshot’s mission.Candidates will be expected to undertake any relevant security clearance procedures per the needs of clients.In addition, we require and will check on candidates' eligibility to work in the US. Knowledge and understanding of SEO/SEM.Advanced analysis of a wide range of traditional and non-traditional digital platforms and / or professional experience in open-source research, OSINT methods, or threat risk analysis.Subject matter knowledge in one of the following areas: violent extremism, hate crimes, human trafficking.Demonstrable experience with digital marketing on nontraditional and emerging media and social media platforms.Fluency in languages other than English.Benefits
