CyberMark is looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist with a strong focus on paid search to manage high-impact campaigns for franchises and small business brands. We use powerful marketing automation tools to streamline campaign execution—experience with these is a plus, but if you’re used to working directly in ad platforms like Google Ads or Meta, we’ll train you on our systems. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Communication & Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing relationships and ensuring service expectations are met or exceeded.Understand client objectives, anticipate needs, and develop actionable plans to foster growth through digital advertising strategies.Present performance data effectively to clients and keep internal teams informed of key initiatives and challenges.Paid Strategy & Performance:Launch localized ad campaigns in line with brand standards and developed blueprint strategies.Perform keyword and audience research to develop campaigns strategies across search and social channels.Write effective ad copy for search, social, and video ads, as well as landing pages.Analyze account performance using captured data to identify underperforming areas and improve results, aligning campaigns with industry benchmarks.Ensure client campaigns meet objectives and reflect best practices, using data insights to drive actionable recommendations.QualificationsProven success managing multiple client accounts, preferably in an agency settingStrategic thinker with experience developing and executing digital marketing plansStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business ManagerGoogle Search Ads Certification required; Meta/Basis certifications a plusBachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)Franchise or multi-location experience preferredExperience with the legal industry preferredBonus: Familiarity with TikTok, Programmatic, OTT/CTV, WazePosition DetailsJob Type: Full-TimeSchedule: 8-hour shift, Monday–FridaySalary: $65,000 - $75,000 (salary based on experience)Location: Phoenix, AZ 85027 (must commute or relocate before starting)About CyberMarkCyberMark is a people-driven, growth-focused agency.
