Job Opening - Digital Ads Specialist (Ongoing Contract) Description Bullhorn is looking for the next Digital Ads Specialist to join the team on an on-going contract basis. We’re looking for someone who is curious, creative, and driven to succeed in digital advertising. We’re looking for someone to work at least 10-15 hours per week and be willing to “own” various advertising accounts on Facebook and Google.

Experience Needed At least 6-12 months of experience in digital advertising What Success Looks Like For This Role Skillfully managing various Facebook, Google, and YouTube campaigns that meet or exceed KPIs
Fully "owning" ad accounts and being responsible for their success
Continually learning new ancillary marketing skills (web page building, Zapier automations, dashboard building)
Pro-actively looking for ways to grow client accounts by expanding into new strategies or new channels
Communicating regularly with project managers and account managers regarding campaign status and performance Skills Needed Above all else, a positive attitude and a deep sense of curiosity and willingness to learn and grow in digital advertising
Working knowledge of Facebook Ad and Google Ad platforms
Ability to analyze campaign data and make intelligence decisions for optimization
Ability to write compelling and persuasive text ads for Google and Facebook
