Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta & Google Ads Analyze performance data and improve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate Lead strategic direction for ad creative, messaging, and landing pages Required Qualifications 3+ years of direct, hands-on campaign management experience 3+ years of experience with Meta and Google Ads Proven experience managing monthly budgets of $10K-$100K+ Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, tracking, and reporting U.S. residency required (Texas preferred but not required)
