The Manager... employs expert knowledge of pay-per-click search engine optimization as well as keyword analysis, geographic targeting, campaign optimization, and custom ad, display updates, email marketing and social media display to successfully drive results for the team. Key Responsibilities: • Become an advisor to the client and drive regular and productive contact with clients to review advertising campaign strategy and performance • Provide campaign proposals and review performance results via virtual and in-person • Assist members of your team in identifying business development opportunities, and creating proposals to present to clients • Responsible for the retention and growth of digital advertising revenue to meet quarterly and annual team objectives • Monitor and analyze campaigns and make changes to improve performance metrics and/or direct others to do so • Proactively identify opportunities to improve performance and efficiencies and work cross-departmentally to impact desired change • Apply advanced knowledge of general Digital Marketing and specific Search Engine Marketing, Email Marketing and Social Media best practices • Gather, analyze, and organize complex information, conduct comparative analyses, make recommendations supported by identified facts, and present clear recommendations to clients • Lead a group of Strategists and/or Analysts responsible for overall advertising performance. Manage team to deliver on defined performance and revenue targets and continue to refine these targets, making changes as necessary to meet client goals. • Manage senior level client relationships including global results reviews and insight presentations, custom proposals, and problem resolution. • Work with Centers of Excellence product teams to continue to define delivery and refine coordination.
