Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated, well-connected Digital Business Connector / Client Referrer based in Florida state to refer new commercial clients to our Marketing Services agency in Puerto Rico, US. This is a fully remote, commission-only, independent contractor (1099) position ideal for a self-starter with an existing professional network or strong outbound business development skills.
Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential clients and businesses in Florida that needs professional marketing services through warm calling, networking, and targeted outreach efforts
Introduce our marketing agency's portfolio, solutions, and capabilities to decision-makers
Develop and nurture relationships with prospective clients by understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions
Collaborate closely with the sales team to qualify leads and facilitate smooth handoffs for deal closing.
Successfully transfer qualified leads and warm introductions to our internal sales team
Qualifications
Proven track record in B2B lead generation, sales, client referrals
Deep understanding of the Florida business landscape or strong professional ties to the state
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred to navigate both markets
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Must operate as an independent business entity with your own computer, internet, and phone
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, enterprise selling techniques, and corporate sales environments is preferred
Ability to analyze client needs, craft compelling proposals, and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
Compensation
This is a commission-only independent contractor.
We offer a percentage-based payout for every referred client that signs a contract with our agency.
IRS W-9 form
1099 Contractor and 1099 form-NEC.
