Digital Business Manager - Entertainment

Horseshoe Media is seeking a skilled creative Digital Business Manager to lead our team of innovative social and digital experts to success. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the ever-changing digital and social landscape with strong project management, team management, and content creation skills to navigate our agency through a variety of industries. The Business Manager will oversee all aspects of the business from content to finance, and everything in-between. Please send your resume and cover letter to apply. Responsibilities: ● Oversee financial operations across the business including invoicing, taxes, and payroll ● Develop and execute new growth directives to both upsell current client accounts and find new clients that align with business priorities ● Structure Horseshoe Media workflows to optimize employee efficiency ● Act as a mentor for Horseshoe Media employees and partners, sharing best practices and new findings in the digital marketing landscape ● Work with Founder/CEO to create job descriptions, hire competent personnel, and oversee employee training programs ● Inspire team to create innovative content for clients’ and brands’ social channels, digital marketing campaigns, and other marketing initiatives ● Establish and maintain templates for metrics reporting, key emails, partnership agreements, and sales decks ● Cultivate relationships with clients, talent, representatives, and industry partners ● Drive revenue through ad sales partnerships, sponsorships, and brand pitching ● Create innovative content strategies as guidelines for interns and coordinators ● Lead paid media and digital marketing campaigns ● Coordinate between Sr. Digital Marketing Manager, clients, partners, coordinators, interns, designers, and contractors to ensure timelines are met and expectations are exceeded across the business ● Participate in cross- functional brainstorms and team meetings to further priorities across the business ● Assist with monthly reporting and analytics for clients and brands ● Keep up to date on the latest social trends to ensure client and brand participation Qualifications: ● 2-3 years working in social media on a brand or for an agency ● 2-3 years working in a business operational role ● Accountability with experience managing finances, projects, and people ● Working knowledge and experience with Google, Adobe, and Microsoft platforms ● Strong design/layout and critical thinking skills ● Works well with tight deadlines in a solo and team environment ● Ability to ideate and execute creative for multiple clients across all industries including entertainment ● Strong communicator with visual, verbal, and writing skills ● Positive “can do” attitude with passion for Horseshoe Media clients and brands
