Job Summary The Becklar Digital Campaign Manager is primarily responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing Becklar’s digital marketing campaigns across all business units. The Digital Campaign Manager will work directly with Becklar’s marketing team including business unit leaders, webmaster, senior design manager, and events manager. Responsibilities • Assist with development of digital marketing strategy • Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across Becklar business units, including: • Google Ads • Programmatic Advertising / Retargeting • Email Communications • Social Media • Measure and report performance of all digital campaigns and assess against goals • Identify trends and insights to optimize digital spend and performance • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing • Collaborate with marketing team to create ads, landing pages, and other content to support campaigns and optimize user experience • Collaborate with marketing team to perform ongoing A/B testing of digital ads • Manage marketing database and list creation in HubSpot • Evaluate emerging technologies and provides thought leadership for adoption • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners • Other duties as prescribed - Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
