About the Role Our client is seeking a talented and imaginative Digital Content Creator to join their innovative marketing team in Durham . You will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and distributing engaging digital content across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skill, and strategic thinking to develop content that resonates with our target audience and supports marketing objectives. You will work closely with the marketing and design teams, contributing fresh ideas and ensuring all content is high-quality, on-brand, and impactful. Key Responsibilities Conceptualize, create, and edit engaging digital content, including videos, graphics, blog posts, social media updates, and website copy. Develop content calendars and manage the production workflow from ideation to publication. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure content aligns with brand identity and campaign goals. Optimize content for various digital channels (social media, website, email) to maximize reach and engagement. Stay informed about current digital content trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in content creation. Use analytics to track content performance, identify key insights, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Assist in managing the company's social media presence and online community engagement. Requirements 2-3 years of experience in digital content creation, with a portfolio demonstrating proficiency in video production, graphic design, and copywriting. Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content distribution. Excellent storytelling, writing, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
