Other duties may be assigned.Design and manage content for multiple eCommerce platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and optimization for user experience and conversion.Develop visually engaging and interactive digital product pages, including enhanced content (A+ Content, rich media, BTF, and infographics).Using AI write, edit, and proofread product descriptions, specifications, and promotional content, ensuring clarity and alignment with brand messaging.Implement SEO best practices, including keyword research and metadata optimization, to improve product discoverability.Work closely with digital marketing teams to align content strategies with advertising campaigns, promotional initiatives, and retailer‑specific requirements.Collaborate with Design teams to create high‑quality images, banners, lifestyle graphics, and video content for online product listings.Maintain and update product information across digital platforms, ensuring consistency and compliance with branding guidelines.Use content management systems (CMS) and digital tools (such as M.I./Helium 10) to publish and optimize content.Monitor content performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, retailer‑specific insights, etc.) and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and sales.Stay up to date with eCommerce content trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.Support digital merchandising initiatives, site enhancements, and testing efforts to improve the online shopping experience.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesNoneQualifications and CompetenciesEducation & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience in eCommerce content creation, digital design, or online merchandising.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft Office, and basic HTML knowledge.
