Digital Content Specialist

Smirk New Media is hiring a Digital Content Specialist to join our team in Oklahoma City. • Be part of an established, tight-knit team that values your input and expertise • Enjoy working in a hybrid environment that's primarily remote with flexibility • See your work make a real impact with a variety of interesting clients • Grow in a culture that encourages innovation and ownership Position, Duties & Responsibilities • Collaborate with Smirk's leadership and project managers to develop strategic content ideas for client digital marketing efforts • Write engaging digital content for brands specific to each digital platform (social, websites, blogs, email, etc.) • Produce grammatically-sound writing and proofreading • Stay current on the latest digital trends and major platforms • Proactively analyze results and adapt content strategies accordingly • Complete community management for clients, writing brand replies to customer comments, messages and reviews (including some evening and weekend coverage) • Attend in-person client events for event coverage and content collection (as needed) • Utilize digital tools to aid in task completion and communication, such as Vista Social, Grammarly, Asana, Slack and more Perks • Starting salary range for this role is $48,000-$52,000/year with opportunities for bonuses and competitive salary growth based on performance • BCBSOK health and dental insurance + VSP vision insurance offered • Flexible schedule in a hybrid environment (primarily remote with some on-site client visits, local meetings and team events) • Flexible vacation policy + three weeks off during winter holidays • Opportunities for advancement and professional development
