The Client Solutions Specialist works in the FOX 56 Sales Department and assists FOX 56 Marketing Consultants to deliver social media content, website development and maintenance, video production and anything else needed to make FOX 56’s advertising campaigns successful.
This position reports to the Director of Sales but will be a supporting role to the FOX 56 Management team and its client-facing Marketing Consultants.
Meets with Marketing Consultants (FOX 56 Sales Representatives) and clients to create custom content strategies for clientsImplement custom content strategiesWebsite managementVideo productionAbility to meet with customers and develop creative ideasTravel to customer locations to shoot videos, take pictures, or create contentComfortable interacting with clients and being part of sales presentationsOther duties as assigned by Director of Sales or Sales Management
Requirements & Skills:
Social Media ManagementVideo production and editingAbility to maintain and update customer websites on platforms such as WordPressExpertise in Canva or similar graphic design platformsPower Point proficiency a plusMicrosoft Excel proficiency a plusExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenMinimum one year’s experience in a marketing or social media related position
