Digital Design & Marketing Strategist

The Digital Design & Marketing Strategist will serve as the single point of contact for digital asset development, social media, online menu management, and budtender education across Botanica’s brands. Reporting to Founder & Head of Brand, this role will help define Botanica's brands in the digital environment and work closely with sales and field marketing teams to translate digital marketing requests into refined digital assets and execution across retail, social and advertising channels Manage Instagram presence for Journeyman and Mr. Moxey's — posts, reels, stories, and community engagement Design and source content aligned with each brand's voice and visual identity Manage ongoing communication with customers, stores, and budtenders across channels Collaborate on email marketing campaigns for Mr. Moxey's Hemp Digital strategy across social, email, and advertising channels Strong copywriting and brand voice ability Proven ability to analyze campaign metrics and use insights to inform and optimize marketing decisions Must be 21+ years of age in compliance with Washington cannabis regulations Excellent communicator with strong project management instincts Sharp attention to detail and brand consistency Self-starter who can work independently in an evolving industry Scrappy, resourceful, and willing to roll up your sleeves Cannabis industry experience a plus Design digital assets for in-store displays and menus — both static and animated Create and coordinate digital content for retailer websites and POP displays (banners, ads, featured products)
