A dynamic advertising agency is looking for a talented, versatile web/product designer to work within a fast-paced creative environment seeing an idea through from concept through production under sr. leadership. The ideal candidate is passionate about the web design process with a desire to work with other smart creative people to solve user experience and design challenges. Responsibilities \- Work very closely with the CD on bringing to life vision across all projects. \- Execute on designs for a variety of brands and project types (homepages, landing pages, emailers, digital ads, etc.) Qualifications \- Degree in Design, Human Factors or a related creative discipline \- 2+ years industry experience in an agency or creative studio setting \- Portfolio showing a strong web design sense with big brand experience in integrated campaigns \- Poise and focus under pressure \- Must be detailed oriented and work well handling multiple jobs in a fast- paced environment \- Exceptional interpersonal, collaborative, and creative problem solving skills \- Advanced level of experience with the Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite \- Passion (the ability to view the work as fun!)
