Company: Enrich Marketing Pay Rate: $90,000 - $100,000 (Compensation commensurate with experience) The Digital Director is a senior-level role responsible for owning the agency’s digital performance vision, strategic direction, and accountability standards across all clients. The Digital Director holds strategic authority over digital channel mix, vendor performance and relationship, and campaign direction to ensure the strongest possible results for our clients. • Conduct ongoing audits of campaign strategy, execution, and reporting to ensure alignment with client objectives. Team Leadership & Agency Collaboration • Lead, mentor, and develop the internal digital team members and nurture the vendor relationships.
