Design and build best-in-class websites, landing pages, and digital experiencesDevelop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites and themesImplement websites from initial design concept and site architecture through final launchWrite clean, maintainable, and scalable code in a collaborative environmentEnsure websites render consistently across modern browsers and devicesEnsure all websites are fully responsive and mobile-friendlyOptimize websites for performance, speed, SEO best practices, and scalabilityDesign and implement new features, enhancements, and content for existing websitesDesign, code, and implement email campaigns using platforms such as MailChimp and similar toolsMaintain high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency across all digital workCreate original and visually compelling work both independently and as part of a teamMaster each client’s brand and ensure consistency across all digital touchpointsUse AI-assisted tools to support development, design, troubleshooting, QA, and iteration while maintaining quality and accuracyPartner with account managers to translate client goals into effective digital executionProvide technical recommendations, identify risks, and suggest more efficient approaches when appropriateMentor and support junior developers through collaboration, guidance, and code reviewHelp establish and maintain development standards, workflows, and documentationProofread and quality-check work prior to launchWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
