Guide discussions around website strategy and architecture, user experience, CRM strategy, marketing automation, analytics, and digital experience optimization. 5–7 years of experience in digital strategy, marketing technology, web strategy, digital marketing, CRM management, or related disciplines3+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing digital, web, marketing technology, or related team membersBachelors Degree in marketing, digital technology, or other relevant domainExperienced in website strategy, architecture, user experience, and CMS platforms such as WordPress and other similar block editor platformsCRM administration, marketing automation, and customer lifecycle management, including HubSpot, Constant Contact, VBOUT, and similar platformsSEO strategy, technical SEO, and digital performance optimizationAnalytics, reporting, tagging frameworks, and marketing technology integrationsProven experience presenting recommendations, leading client conversations, and influencing business decisionsStrong project management, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to balance strategic planning, operational oversight, and hands-on support when neededExperience supporting SaaS, digital products, platforms, or technology initiatives preferredWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, and data integrations preferredExperience with modern CMS platforms and website builders preferredAgency experience supporting multiple clients and industries preferredExperience developing training programs, implementation frameworks, and operational documentation.
