Digital Growth Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Digital Growth Marketing Manager to build and scale our digital marketing engine. This is a mid-level, hands-on role reporting directly to the VP Growth, where you’ll own everything digital—from campaigns to analytics—helping FELFEL grow fast and smart. You’ll be the go-to person for everything digital: building campaigns, optimizing our website, running A/B tests, analyzing data, and creating workflows that turn website visitors into qualified leads. • Qualified leads generated (MQLs, SQLs) • Conversion rates across landing pages, email campaigns, and funnels • Pipeline contribution from digital campaigns • Cost per lead (CPL) and other efficiency metrics
