Digital & Local Marketing Manager

With 100 units currently operating across the nation, MassageLuXe is on the verge of explosive growth, and we are seeking an ambitious, driven individual to join our team as a Digital & Local Marketing Manager to help us accomplish that growth. Digital Marketing Responsibilities • Work with marketing team to plan, implement, manage budget, and report on digital marketing campaigns for both B2C and B2B initiatives across the organization on a variety of digital media platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook Ads Manager, Google AdWords, LinkedIn Advertising and Display Advertising. for optimal ad performance, and work with the team to ensure proper campaign setup and implementation of testing initiatives to improve efficiency and results. Local Marketing Responsibilities • Support franchisees with local store marketing strategies, including community outreach, partnership opportunities, and in-spa promotional initiatives. • Track and report on the performance of local marketing efforts to identify opportunities for optimization.
