You’ll work across SEO, paid digital advertising, content marketing, social media marketing, and analytics, collaborating with strategists, designers, developers, and project managers to deliver measurable results. What You’ll Do • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve lead generation, conversions, and ROI • Manage campaign budgets and make strategic recommendations based on performance data • Generate and execute SEO strategies that improve search visibility and organic traffic • Write and optimize website content, blog posts, and landing pages • Contribute to social media marketing strategies and campaigns • Monitor engagement and performance across social platforms and recommend improvements • Analyze website and campaign performance using analytics tools • Create clear and actionable reports and dashboards for clients and internal teams • Identify new opportunities to improve marketing performance across channels • Communicate directly with clients over email and on meetings, clearly explaining strategic decisions and helping them gain marketing knowledge. Required • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing • Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals • Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools • Strong writing and communication skills • Interest and experience in social media marketing • Experience/comfort in using today's AI platforms, although your human experience and intuition will still be paramount.
