We are seeking aDigital Marketerto join our Lafayette office. This role is ideal for a candidate who can execute effectively while contributing to strategy—managing campaigns, optimizing performance, and solving digital challenges across multiple platforms—while partnering closely with the Vice President of Digital Services to develop, execute, and optimize integrated digital initiatives across clients.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize paid digital campaigns, including LinkedIn Ads and Paid Search (Google Ads)Execute and support SEO and SEM strategies to improve visibility and performanceBuild, deploy, and optimize email marketing campaigns using HubSpot or similar platformsMaintain and update websites, including WordPress content population and basic maintenanceUtilize HubSpot, Monday CRM, and other CRM platforms to manage contacts, pipelines, workflows, and reportingMonitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendationsTroubleshoot digital issues across websites, campaigns, tracking, and CRM integrationsCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful executionRequirementsMinimum 3+ years of digital marketing experienceExperience with WordPress (content updates and basic maintenance)Proficiency with HubSpot, Monday CRM, or similar CRM platformsHands-on experience managing Paid LinkedIn campaignsStrong understanding of SEO, SEM, and Paid Search (Google Ads)Experience building and executing email marketing campaignsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience with Google Analytics and performance reporting toolsBasic knowledge of HTML/CSS for troubleshootingFamiliarity with marketing automation and lead nurturing workflowsWhat We’re Looking ForA proactive, solutions-oriented thinkerStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to translate data into clear insights and recommendationsEffective communicator and collaborative team player#J-18808-Ljbffr
