We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketer who is creative, proactive, and ready to make a real impacton-site with our team. Content Creation & Social Media • Create engaging, high-quality content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms • Plan, film, edit, and publish short-form and long-form videos • Take professional photos and videos using a camera or mobile device • Maintain a strong, consistent brand voice aligned with a high-performing insurance agency Paid Advertising & Campaign Management • Manage, launch, and optimize paid ads across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms • Develop ad creatives, copy, targeting strategies, and funnels • Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROI Email Marketing & Automation • Create and manage email marketing campaigns for leads, clients, and agent recruitment • Write engaging email copy for newsletters, promotions, follow-ups, and nurture sequences • Build and optimize email automations and drip campaigns • Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to improve performance • Align email campaigns with social media, ads, and sales funnels
