Digital Marketer with Paid Search Experience

flyte new media is looking for an experienced Digital Marketer with 2+ years running paid search ads to join our growing team in Portland, Maine.

In this role, you’ll help our clients attract more of the right visitors, convert more leads, and grow their businesses through thoughtful digital marketing strategies. You’ll work across paid digital advertising, SEO, GEO, content marketing, social media marketing, and analytics, collaborating with strategists, designers, developers, and project managers to deliver measurable results.

This role is ideal for someone with digital marketing experience who enjoys the strategy, implementation, and measurement of marketing. You’re comfortable managing campaigns, analyzing performance, creating content, and communicating insights with both teammates and clients.

Who You AreYou’re a curious, motivated digital marketer who enjoys helping businesses grow online.

You understand that great marketing blends strategy, creativity, and analytics, and you’re comfortable working across multiple digital channels. You have hands‑on experience running paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google, Microsoft, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads, and you enjoy optimizing campaigns to improve performance over time.

You also have an interest in measurement marketing, gathering and analyzing data to tell meaningful stories to clients and better inform future marketing strategy. Familiarity with Google measurement tools like GA4, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console is preferred.

You’re comfortable writing marketing content or collaborating on campaign strategy. You’re organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-moving industry where there’s always something new to learn.

Checking in on paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedInMaking optimization adjustments to improve performanceAnswering client questions and communicating campaign changesWriting or optimizing website content, blog posts, or landing pagesCollaborating with designers or developers on marketing-focused website updatesResearching keywords or identifying new SEO opportunitiesAfternoon

Preparing campaign performance reports or dashboardsJoining a client meeting to discuss marketing strategy and resultsCreating and scheduling content for social media initiativesAlong the way there may be team brainstorming sessions, occasional office dogs, and discussions about where to grab lunch in the Old Port.
