This is a build-and-execute operator position for someone who lives in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Go High Level. What You'll Do: → Launch, manage, and optimize Meta and Google ad campaigns from strategy through execution → Build automations, drip campaigns, and lead nurture sequences in Go High Level → Create high-converting landing pages, funnels, and lead forms → Manage CRM pipelines, lead routing, and speed-to-lead systems → Track KPIs and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports → Coordinate marketing for showroom promotions, seasonal campaigns, and traveling consumer expos → Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages → Build database reactivation campaigns to re-engage cold leads and past customers What We're Looking For: → 2+ years managing Meta Ads at the campaign level (not the boost button) → 2+ years managing Google Ads (Search, Display, or Performance Max) → Experience building CRM automations and multi-step drip campaigns → Direct-response copywriting skills — ads, emails, SMS, landing pages → Data-driven, organized, and fast-moving → Experience in home services, retail, or consumer lead generation preferred You'll Be Measured On: → Cost per lead → Lead-to-appointment rate → Appointment-to-sale conversion → Speed to lead → Campaign ROI / ROAS → Landing page conversion rates → Database reactivation results Compensation: $45K–$55K base + quarterly performance bonuses tied to real KPIs. We already have a proven content brand in motion (Hot Tub Cowboy). We need someone to plug paid media, automations, and conversion systems into that engine and accelerate growth. We're looking for a hands-on operator who builds systems and drives measurable growth.
