Job Description The Digital Marketing & Analytics Intern JD v2 is responsible for supporting key operations within the waste management and recycling industry. This role contributes to the organization’s success through strong execution, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a commitment to safety, service quality, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities * Consolidate customer feedback from multiple sources into a centralized tracking system. * Categorize feedback by issue type, location, and business unit. * Produce monthly "Voice of Customer" reports identifying trends. * Track recurring customer pain points and frequency. Qualifications & Requirements * Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * High attention to detail and organization. * Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. * Interest in digital marketing, SEO, and data analysis. * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
