We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of online marketing strategies. The role focuses on improving brand visibility, increasing website traffic, and supporting lead generation and conversion growth across digital channels. Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and email marketing toolsConduct keyword research and support SEO optimisation to improve organic search visibilityManage and update website content using WordPress, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and optimisation for search enginesCreate engaging visual and written content for digital campaigns using design tools where neededMonitor and analyse website and campaign performance using tools such as Google AnalyticsSupport management of PPC campaigns, including performance tracking and optimisation for ROIAssist with basic website updates and troubleshooting to improve user experience (HTML/CSS knowledge beneficial)Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing and business goalsSkills & Experience

Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertisingFamiliarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platformsExperience managing WordPress websites and updating contentKnowledge of SEO best practices and keyword researchUnderstanding of Google Analytics or similar analytics toolsBasic knowledge of HTML and CSS is an advantageAbility to interpret data and apply insights to improve campaign performanceStrong written communication skills and attention to detailExperience with graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop or similar) is a plusPay: $67,000.00-$83,000.00 per year
