This is not a traditional social media manager position. We are looking for someone who can plan, film, edit, publish, and analyze digital content while helping coordinate our broader marketing efforts. What You’ll Do - Plan and manage a consistent social media content calendar - Film physicians, staff, patient testimonials, educational videos, and other practice content - Set up and operate cameras, microphones, lighting, and basic production equipment - Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms - Add captions, graphics, titles, thumbnails, and other finishing elements - Turn longer recordings into multiple pieces of short-form content - Write social media captions and patient-friendly educational content - Publish and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn - Monitor performance and identify which topics and formats generate the strongest response - Help coordinate content for new locations and markets as the practice expands - Work with outside SEO, website, advertising, and media partners - Help track patient inquiries, leads, consultations, and other marketing results - Maintain organized photo and video libraries - Coordinate with outside editors or production teams for higher-end projects when needed - Start and coordinate an influencer marketing program Content Topics Our content focuses on minimally invasive treatments and patient education, including: - Prostate artery embolization - Uterine fibroid embolization - Peripheral artery disease - Venous disease - Men's and women's health - Minimally invasive alternatives to surgery You do not need to be a medical expert, but you should be able to learn quickly and turn physician expertise into content patients can easily understand. What We’re Looking For - Experience creating digital or social media content - Strong video filming and editing skills - Ability to independently produce professional-quality short-form video - Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and/or LinkedIn - Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar software - Strong writing and communication skills - Good visual judgment and storytelling ability - Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects - Comfortable working directly with physicians and leadership - Able to take a project from idea to filming, editing, publishing, and performance review Preferred Experience - Healthcare or medical marketing - Physician or patient-education content - Photography - YouTube content creation - CRM or marketing automation platforms - SEO or digital advertising - Multi-location businesses - HIPAA and patient media-consent requirements Healthcare experience is helpful, but it is not required for a strong content creator who is willing to learn. We especially want to see: - Reels, TikToks, or YouTube Shorts - Videos you personally filmed and edited - Social media accounts you have managed - Longer-form video work, if available - Healthcare, educational, or professional-services content, if available Please indicate which parts of the work you personally handled, including filming, editing, writing, strategy, or account management.
