DIGITAL MARKETING & PROJECT COORDINATOR

FULL-TIME | IN-OFFICE | BROUSSARD, LA

Kip & King Marketing is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Project Coordinator to join our growing team.

This is NOT an entry-level position. Previous professional digital marketing experience is required.

We need someone who can step into a fast-paced agency environment, manage multiple projects and clients, stay ahead of deadlines, and help keep our digital marketing operations moving.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Coordinate and manage our videographer’s client shoot scheduleSchedule and publish Instagram Reels and other social media contentOrganize client video and photography assetsHelp manage website builds from start to finishTrack website content, revisions, approvals and launch deadlinesCoordinate with clients and our web development teamAssist with SEO, AEO & GEO projects and monthly deliverablesGather client content, photos, information, logins and approvalsManage project timelines, tasks and deadlinesHelp ensure client projects are completed accurately and on timeREQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree required — preferably in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Business or a related field

Minimum 1–2 years of professional digital marketing experience required

Experience managing social media accounts for businesses or clientsExperience posting and managing Instagram Reels and short-form video contentUnderstanding of digital marketing and social media best practicesStrong project-management and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple clients, projects and deadlines simultaneouslyExtremely detail-oriented, dependable and proactiveComfortable communicating directly with clients and team membersTech-savvy and able to learn new platforms quicklyAble to work independently and take ownership of projectsExperience with WordPress, website management, SEO, Meta Business Suite, and project-management platforms is strongly preferred.

PAY: $18–$22/hour, depending on experience
LOCATION: Broussard, Louisiana
POSITION: Full-Time | In-Office
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree Required
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1–2 Years Professional Digital Marketing Experience Required
