The Digital Marketing & SEO Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining digital content that improves product visibility and drives customer traffic. The role also plays a key part in supporting the sales team by ensuring customers receive timely assistance and that order processing continues smoothly during high-volume periods or staff absences. Revenue-Generating Digital Responsibilities • Improve SEO and AI search visibility for REE and VBS websites to increase customer traffic and product inquiries • Optimize product pages, resource pages, and technical content for higher conversion rates • Create structured, search-friendly product descriptions and digital assets (Photoshop and AI tools) • Develop digital marketing content, including emails, newsletters, and seasonal promotions • Support dealer communication through accurate, easy-to-access online resources • Track basic website performance metrics to identify opportunities for sales growth Required Skills • Strong writing and editing skills for product descriptions, technical content, and customer-facing materials • Working knowledge of SEO principles and willingness to learn advanced search optimization • Proficiency in Photoshop or similar content creation tools • Ability to use AI tools for generating images, product copy, and digital marketing assets • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail • Ability to work independently, identify opportunities for improvement, and take initiative Preferred Experience • 1–3 years in digital marketing, SEO, content creation, or sales support • Experience managing website content (WordPress or similar) • Familiarity with basic analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
