Digital Marketing

As a digital marketing specialist at Sprudge, you will be responsible for maintaining e-commerce operations and website, overseeing daily operations of MadcapCoffee.com, Shopify, ShipStation, and the wholesale portal. You will also own digital, email & CRM marketing, executing all DTC/B2B email campaigns, automated flows, SEO/SEM, paid digital, affiliate channels, and CRM segmentation to grow audience engagement and drive performance. Key Responsibilities: • eCommerce Operations & Website Maintenance • Digital, Email & CRM Marketing • Social, Content & Creative Collaboration • Product Marketing & Release • Wholesale Marketing & Resource Enablement • Subscriptions & Merchandising Strategy You will analyze campaign and site performance, maintain scorecard measures, support GTM planning, and coordinate with Sales, Ops, Roastery, Retail, and agency partners to execute integrated marketing strategies. This role requires consumer-obsessed, empathetic, patient, and humble individuals who can operate in a start-up-like environment, wearing multiple hats and collaborating closely across teams.
