Digital Marketing

This role owns menu accuracy, promotions, digital campaigns, and customer retention across Dutchie, Alpine IQ, LeafLink, and Salesforce. Key Responsibilities E-Commerce & Menu Management • Own Dutchie menu setup and maintenance: • Product listings, pricing, categories, images, descriptions • Deal setup (bundles, BOGOs, % off, flash promos, daily deals) • Ensure menu accuracy aligns with in-store promos and inventory • Update menus quickly as pricing, availability, or promos change • Coordinate with operations to prevent menu mismatches and guest issues Required Experience • Hands-on experience with Dutchie (menu management + promos) • Alpine IQ campaign creation (SMS + email) • Canva proficiency (fast, clean, professional output) • Cannabis industry experience (retail or marketing) • Comfortable working in a fast-changing, promo-driven environment Strongly Preferred • Experience with LeafLink • Experience with Salesforce or CRM platforms • Understanding of cannabis compliance constraints in marketing • Ability to work independently without constant direction
