This person will play a key role in executing and supporting digital initiatives that strengthen brand engagement, customer loyalty, and community growth. Paid Social Media Execution • Execute paid social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) Loyalty Program Management • Oversee day-to-day operations of the brand's loyalty and rewards program. Organic Social Media Coordination • Manage the relationship with Joybyte to ensure brand consistency, quality, and alignment with campaign objectives. • Monitor social performance metrics and collaborate with Joybyte on monthly reports and insights.
