Picayune Cellars & Mercantile is seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Sales Manager to lead our online presence and actively grow sales—both digitally and in-person. This role is responsible for managing our website, email marketing, SMS/text campaigns, online advertising, social media strategy, and live digital selling initiatives—while also spending two days per week in the tasting room connecting directly with guests. 60% – Digital Marketing, Online Sales, and Advertising 3+ years experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or wine/hospitality marketing.Strong proficiency in Shopify, Mailchimp, SMS marketing tools, Meta Business Manager, and Google platforms.Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft engaging, conversion-focused content.Experience with Canva or similar design tools; basic photo/video literacy.Comfortable on camera and enthusiastic about hosting live digital events.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Passion for wine, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.Success in This Role Looks Like Measurable growth in online sales and digital engagement.Consistent, high-performing email and SMS campaigns.Effective advertising strategy with improving ROI.A dynamic, up-to-date website that converts visitors to buyers.Seamless integration between digital strategy and tasting room experience.Guests who feel the Picayune brand both online and in person.Schedule & Compensation
