We're hiring at Symphony Advertising. I'm looking for someone who can own a book of 25-30 clients and make sure every single one of them knows what we're doing for them, why it's working, and what's coming next. What you'll actually do: • Manage 25-30 small business clients (home services, auto, construction, landscaping) across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO • Record monthly Loom video walkthroughs for each client showing real results — not screenshots, actual leads with names and phone numbers • Direct our specialist (Google Ads specialist, tracking specialist, SEO, web developer) on what needs to happen for each account • Pull data from WhatConverts, Google Ads, and Meta to diagnose what's working and what's not • Make decisions without asking the owner. What you bring: • 2-4 years at a digital marketing agency (not freelance, not in-house — agency, where you juggle multiple clients) • You've managed a book of business before, not just executed tasks someone else planned • You can look at a Google Ads account and a WhatConverts dashboard and explain what's happening in plain English • You can record a 2-minute Loom without a script and sound like you know what you're talking about • You care about the small business owner on the other end.
