Digital Marketing Account Executive

In addition to incubating a social enterprise agency, we’re looking to expand our digital advertising capacity and are searching for our next Superstar to help our team grow its capabilities, implement mind-blowing work for our clients, and usher the company into new markets. This is a role that will work under the director of digital to lead clients with a digital marketing scope of work and execute digital marketing campaigns. ⦿ Create and post organic social media content for clients that aligns with their brand and voice ⦿ Populate and maintain a detail-driven editorial calendar ⦿ Proactively recommend new ideas and tactics to make client social media even more awesome ⦿ Consistently execute on community engagement across social media channels to build a rapport with our audiences and identify and nurture brand ambassadors ⦿ Know how to measure progress on social media as it relates to client goals ⦿ Support in developing company-wide systems to more effectively manage social media-related work Digital Marketing We want to find the right person, so we’ll consider people with: ⦿ 2 to 4 years of experience in paid social and digital advertising ⦿ Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or ⦿ On-the-job experience or education related to digital marketing, or ⦿ Any interesting combination of the above three bullets ⦿ Being a pro at building organic and paid social media campaigns across Google AdWords, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn ⦿ Experience launching ad campaigns from conceptualizing to launch to measurement ⦿ Experience working directly with clients on digital marketing initiatives ⦿ Solid background in Google Analytics and reporting ⦿ Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
