Digital Marketing Account Manager

The Role As an Account Manager, you'll be embedded in our agency's day-to-day operations, managing client accounts and serving as the primary point of contact for the clients on your roster. Confident communicator, both with clients and internally Highly organized, with experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously Comfortable with Google Drive, email, and basic digital tools 2+ years of relevant account management or agency experience Experience owning client relationships across multiple accounts Experience leading client calls and presenting performance updates to clients Experience handling client onboarding Eligible to work in the United States Currently lives in North Carolina Plan details and premiums will be provided by the Director of Operations.
