The Digital Marketing Account Manager will work closely with the whole EMG team, and directly with the stakeholders at schools, to ensure EMG’s clients achieve or surpass their digital marketing goals. Account Management Responsibilities Include: • Representing EMG to our clients as a leading digital marketing agency in the education industry • Serving as a point of contact for a group of EMG’s clients, alongside our Account Team • Leading and participating in in-person or virtual client meetings • Developing internal and external meeting material, including agendas, defining objectives/goals of the discussion, and follow-up action • The onboarding of new accounts and creating kickoff documents and media plans • Assisting with platform set-up for digital campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.) Experience managing multiple projects in a marketing agency, school, or start-up environment is a must. Other requirements include: • Must have Marketing/Advertising Agency, School Admissions, or School Marketing experience • Must have 3+ years experience working in a professional setting in a client or customer-facing role • Must have 1+ years of experience in Project Management or Advertising Management • Familiarity with landing page tools like HubSpot, WordPress, or Unbounce • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager • Professional Social Media Platform Experience (Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) Office Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm with the ability to flex time as needed.
