The Digital Marketing Account Coordinator is part of the Client Services team and works in conjunction with several coaches to deliver excellence to our clients. What you will be doing: • Assist the Coach in the support and management of client accounts • Participate in coaching calls, taking detailed notes, and reviewing them with the coach before sending to the client and posting in Notion • Putting tasks in project management software for ongoing projects • Responding to client emails as appropriate • Keep all client information up to date, including contacts and website properties • Organize and post blogs and reviews on client websites and social media • Assist in filling out the monthly report • Test client website forms • Execute SEO for new websites and review and maintain SEO for current websites in coordination with coaches • Update GMB for clients by adding products, reviews, etc.
