Digital Marketing Account Manager

A successful Digital Marketing Account Manager will enjoy working directly with dentists to develop websites and digital marketing strategies that will work toward the client’s goals in their market. It is the CSM’s responsibility to act as a partner to our clients, work with our internal teams in the building of marketing campaigns, and report to the client on their successes and identify areas in need of improvement. Responsibilities of a Digital Marketing Account Manager: Manage a portfolio of clients with varying levels of service depending on package level; be their primary point of contact for site issues, campaign changes, and reporting, developing close client relationships. Relay clients’ goals to the team and campaign performance to the client in order to develop a strong consultative relationship. Data driven and enjoy helping clients succeed.
