Digital Marketing Account Manager

Front Porch Solutions Independence, Ohio

Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary resource for designated clients regarding all website updates and marketing efforts • Critically think about the goals of clients and consider how Front Porch Solutions can help them achieve those goals through a website, social media, paid advertising, search engine optimization, and other services. • Manage content creation, design projects, and minor website updates • Track, interpret and report on website analytics and advertising analytics for clients • Proactively engage with designated clients, keeping them up-to-date on performance and goals • Ensure client projects are completed in a timely fashion by setting realistic timelines for both clients and internal teams and keeping clients updated on progress along the way • Build relationships with clients, and be thought of as a trusted advisor • Train and advise marketing managers and key staff at client companies • Routinely monitor the performance of client websites on both desktop and mobile to ensure user experience is top-notch • Always have an understanding of all projects that are in progress for designated clients, even if not actively participating in a project • Strategize with fellow Front Porch Solutions employees to ensure client goals are being met through all facets of digital marketing services • Serve as a resource for other Front Porch Solutions employees who have questions about designated clients, brand guidelines, and processes • Ensure all client content matches content style guide and brand voice Desired Skills & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field • At least 2 years of digital marketing experience with a high-level understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, design, social media, and analytics • WordPress experience is great, but not necessary • Exhibit excellent communication skills, both orally and in written form – must be able to demonstrate superior writing and grammar skills • Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and the desire to introduce clients to potential new strategies and solutions that will positively impact their business • Ability to think strategically and to understand and act upon strategic marketing plans and briefs • Capacity to handle a wide variety of tasks and assignments in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment • Effectively present information in both one-on-one and group situations to clients and other employees of the agency • Flexibility, responsiveness, and the capability to “think on their feet” • Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills • Candidate should be assertive, pro-active and a team player • Exercise good judgment, flexibility, resourcefulness and strong organizational/time management skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
