As an Account Manager at KosmiClix®, you’ll be the go-to liaison between clients and our internal creative crew. You’ll oversee your own client pod, ensuring campaigns are on track, goals are being met, and clients feel supported and excited every step of the way. Core Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day communication with 5–7 client accounts in your assigned Pod • Lead onboarding for new clients, aligning strategy and deliverables • Coordinate with creative, engagement, ad, and web teams to ensure timely delivery • Review and approve content calendars, ads, and client-facing assets • Hold weekly or bi-weekly check-ins with clients via email, call, or Zoom • Monitor performance and flag opportunities to upsell services • Manage Asana/Monday boards for workflow visibility • Troubleshoot issues and bring solutions proactively Requirements • Excellent communication and project management skills • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and client-obsessed • Comfortable with tools like Canva, Monday.com, Meta Business Suite, Google Drive • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment Bonus Points If You: • Have experience in a niche related to one of our pods (sports, real estate, food, etc.)
