A company is looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager, Franchise. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage client relationships to promote retention, growth, and loyalty Serve as the day-to-day point of contact and manage client expectations from inception to delivery Expand revenue in accounts through cross-selling and upsell opportunities while achieving assigned upsell goals Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role in a digital marketing agency supporting franchise clients Strong understanding of digital marketing channels such as Paid Search and SEO Experience with B2B and B2C clients, particularly in franchise or multi-location marketing Proven ability to manage multiple account projects simultaneously and build rapport with clients Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to business development opportunities
