Digital Marketing & Advertising Manager

Are you a digital marketing and advertising master who wants to be on the front line of an organization that leads women in feeling empowered and free from their struggles with their body and food? We are currently in search of a Digital Advertising and Marketing Manager (Facebook, Youtube, Google, Instagram, & Tik Tok Advertising + Organic Marketing Campaigns) to help increase the number of lives we change by increasing the number of students we serve! -Must have consistently spent at least $50k a month on paid media (ideally experience scaling to $100k+ monthly ad spend is preferred) -Must have tangible examples and case studies of your previous work -Must know the ins and outs of advertising with a strong focus on compliant ads (no upsetting the Facebook Gods allowed lol) -Must be an EXTREMELY strong copywriter -Must be ridiculously organized and data driven -Must be on top of project management and love getting things done ahead of time -Must have experience working within an organization that is producing 3M in revenue or higher -Must be into personal development and being the best version of you -Must be heart centered and wanting to do meaningful work in the world -Public relations experience is preferred but not necessary RESPONSIBILITIES: -Primary Responsibility: Creating and managing advertising campaigns across IG, FB, YT, Google, Tik Tok, Pinterest - or wherever we can get results (most active on FB, IG, YT, google) -Organic social media marketing strategy and implementation -Content and email marketing strategy and implementation -Copywriting for email campaigns, promotional campaigns, landing pages and sales pages -Building and optimizing funnels via clickfunnels -Building and optimizing email automations via activecampaign -Building and optimizing cross platform marketing campaigns -Working alongside CEO with launches, campaigns, and driving the revenue and expansion of the company MUST HAVE SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE: -Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter -AdWords/Google Analytics -Many Chat or comparable chat bot software -Clickfunnels -Activecamaign -EZTexting -WebinarJam -EverWebinar -Kajabi -ScheduleOnce -Zapier -Deadline Funnel -Zoom -GoDaddy LOCATION & HOURS: This is a full-time mostly remote position.
